Racheal Revilla talks about her experience in Real Estate

The Reality of Being a Realtor: A Personal Perspective

Being a realtor for the past 5 years has been a rewarding journey, though it hasn't always matched the glamorous portrayal you see on real estate reality shows. It's a common misconception that realtors sleep in until noon and have plenty of free time. In truth, our days are filled with non-stop activity.

From the early morning hours, realtors are on the go, working hard to help our clients. We wake up early, often before the sun rises, to start our day. Late nights are not uncommon either, as we strive to meet deadlines and ensure our clients' needs are met.

Our work encompasses a wide range of tasks. We are constantly answering calls, responding to emails and messages, and researching the market to stay informed. Writing contracts, showing houses, and preparing homes for sale are all part of our daily routine. Sometimes, we even roll up our sleeves and help clean homes to make them presentable.

Scheduling inspections, negotiating deals, and handling various paperwork are crucial aspects of our job. These responsibilities require our attention and expertise, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Despite the demanding nature of the job, the satisfaction of helping people find their dream homes makes it all worthwhile. Being a realtor allows us to play a significant role in our clients' lives, guiding them through the exciting and sometimes stressful process of buying or selling a home.

So, while being a realtor may not always match the glamorous image presented on TV, the hard work and dedication we put in are essential for providing our clients with exceptional service. We take pride in helping individuals and families find their perfect homes, making their dreams a reality.
